Sex Therapy (also known as Pyschosexual Therapy) is a specific form of talking therapy that is focused on how we relate to our bodies, intimate relationships and sexual difficulties. It’s for both individuals and couples/partners.

It helps to explore the factors, behaviours, attitudes, thoughts & beliefs that impact your intimate life. Ultimately, sex therapists are trained to help you create new and better outcomes, based on your specific values and goals. It’s often focused on talking about the body, but doesn’t involve any touch. 

There are a lot of myths and misconceptions surrounding sex therapy, one of the most prevalent being that it’s only for those with really β€˜serious’ problems.

However, we're here to remind you that sex therapy can be just as proactive as general psychotherapy! 

You don’t need to be facing a crisis to benefit from it; it’s a valuable and effective tool to help navigate and enhance your intimate life at any time.
